- A full refund can be requested within two days of first purchase only if the user account isn’t upgraded from free to premium due to any technical issue.
- The user can cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date. Once the renewal is done, no refund will be issued.
- No refund can be claimed in a “change of mind” scenario.
- If the user claims a refund within 48 hours based on performance concerns, and the usage has not exceeded 5000 words, in this situation we can consider 80% refund which is subject to approval.
